During our check-in, I was feeling quite unwell, and they treated me like family, which I truly appreciated. Mr. Houdaifa, in particular, was exceptionally supportive. "The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent. The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort. "
