"Very warm and approachable staff. We can speak Mandarin, so language was not a problem for us. There is also a lobby security staff there, making us feel very safe. "We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away.
