"Had a lovely stay at The Milner, was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Superior Double on arrival so had the luxury of a huge shower and also a freestanding bath to use during our stay. The bed was huge and very comfortable. we used the Swollen Gambler bar and also ate breakfast during our stay and found both very good. Choice of food at breakfast was good and plentiful. Our only gripe was because we stayed in the older part of the hotel overlooking the station area, the old sash windows...

There was construction outside and you could hear it but only during the day, it wasn’t a big deal for us. The lobby had many games like pool, chess, scrabble etc Hotel looks very modern and elegant. We were there for one night didn’t ate at the hotel but they had many options to choose from. Is kind of far from main attractions but walkable. "
