"What an amazing hotel and service! We have been to Cliveden House before - for afternoon tea, for dinner, and just to visit the grounds. But this time we decided to treat ourselves and booked a Club Room for an overnight stay, as it was our anniversary. But what an amazing surprise - we got upgraded to a Junior Suite, got a bottle of prosecco, a piece of cake and a hand-written greeting card! "I had a lovely stay at the Roseate. Beautiful hotel, staff were so friendly and helpful. I had a lovely massage at the spa. I had a couple of issues with the bathroom- shower heads weren’t working in shower or bath, but staff were great about it and gave me complimentary breakfast! Would definitely stay again "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Unusual rooms which we really liked. Bed was very comfy. Only criticism, if it is one, is the mood lighting was very affective but could do with brighter light for getting ready. Hope to come back soon"
