"Comfortable n excellent quality food"

"Every hotel personnel were most accommodating from pre-stay to our departure. We could not have asked for better service. Attention to detail is obvious in every aspect of service delivery. We had a Deluxe Harbour room, which was spacious, aesthetically pleasing to the eye, comfortable sofa and single tub style seats for observing the view. Coffee machine is always a hit for us. Large well appointed bathroom with separate shower and bath tub. Room service is done with the same flourish as every other aspect of service. The downside was the hot breakfast was cool by the time it reached our room, nonetheless the quality of food was compensatory. My husband slept well but over the two nights I slept little due to my hips aching from the mattress not meeting my particular needs. We also had difficulty getting the room to a comfortable temperature, had we asked staff we probably would have had the situation resolved. Thank you to all involved with our stay. We highly recommend your service and facilities."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sydney Harbor Marriott. Staff was wonderful and the room was modern, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed having the Opera House view from our room. In the CBD, it was close to so many sights to see. Dinner at the Eye was only about a 15 minute walk."

"I had a lovely stay at Veriu Hotel. The rooms are new, nice, and very clean, with all the amenities you could need—including plates, cooking utensils, a washing machine, and a dryer. It felt like a home away from home. The location is incredibly convenient—just a quick 3-minute walk to the station, which made getting around super easy. The staff were also really kind and patient in answering our questions. One particularly sweet moment was when I was working in the lobby and they surprised me with a piece of cake as a little dessert treat. That small gesture made me feel really warm and welcomed. The only downside was the parking fee. At $30 per day, it felt quite expensive for me. While there are meter machines for street parking nearby, free parking is only available between 6pm and 7am daily. If the hotel could offer a more affordable parking option, it would truly be perfect. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely consider staying again!"

"tremendous views in the club and service. Hotel is conveniently located ez walk to opera house and circular quay,botanical gardens, sydney museum, government house and Hyde Park. Concierge is excellent. Didnt use the restaurants or fitness facilities. Room service was very good. Beds comfortable and inens nice. Robes and slippers includded."
