"The overall experience was excellent. The customer service was amazing and the staff were wonderful. My only issue is the children -at the pool could get a bit unruly. I am all about family, but some of the kids were splashing and kicking quite a bit, with no parental intervention. My partner and I ordered champagne bottle service and meals at our bedside lounge chairs and I’d rather not have pool water splashed or kicked into them. "

"This is a quaint hotel close to the bustling Howard Smith Wharf area with many dining and entertainment options as well as the very handy Brisbane ferry service to easily transport you to South Bank, another get spot to see while there. The only issue is the rooms can be noisy with traffic and people chatting in the restaurant. The staff will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure you have anything you need to make your stay comfortable. "
