"I booked 2 rooms for myself, my partner, my grand-daughter and her partner, as they had organised a day and night out in London. It’s about a 15 minute walk from London Liverpool St station so not far to walk. I’d requested if one room could be available a little earlier than check-in time and they organised it perfectly. "Boutique hotel in a great location close to the tube and restaurants. Outstanding service by the staff. Nothing was too much effort. They were pleasant, polite and very accomodating. Only one small downside. The beds are extremely firm and even with a mattress topper put into place they were a little harder than my personal preference. It didn’t detract from my stay here and I would certainly come back. Great hotel. "
