"As good as it gets! The staff was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect. You can walk out of the hotel property and out to the best beach on Waikiki. Close to all of the best food and fun. The design of the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. Met the nicest people up a the pool and the DJ up there at night is awesome!"

"Property was great. Very clean. Staff were the best part. Very friendly. I noticed that the hotel was undergoing upgrades to some rooms, particularly the room right above mine. They started banging at 7am. And I did mention that thus was a disruption to my sleep and they took care of some of the charges applied to my room. I’m happy with the overall experience though. "We stayed in a Grand Suite (I think that’s right. Was 2 BR/ 2 BA) because I wanted a kitchen and washer/ dryer. This place did not disappoint. Room felt like a luxury apartment. Balcony had beautiful views of the ocean. Everything for shopping/ dining is within walking distance. They supply very toiletry imaginable: q tips, cotton rounds, toothbrush and paste along with shampoo/ conditioner and body lotion, which are fabulous.
