"I had to book here last minute when I couldn't get into my usual hotel in Vienna. This wouldn't have been my choice for an "authentic" Austrian experience. In fact, it's straight out of Reagan Era America and not aging well. But the room was clean, food was good, safe was fabulous! GREAT people work there."

"I was a co-leader of a student arts group, and we initially chose the hotel because it was close to the Staatsoper. But it's close to Karntnerstrasse and shopping, and many museums. The hotel is luxurious (not what I was looking for, but you get used to it :)), and customer service was excellent: helpful, multilingual staff."

"What can i say about The Leo Grand other than it was perfection. From the friendly greeting from reception on arrival it just got even better. We were shown up to our room where everything was explained, lighting, tv and mini bar etc and the room itself was beautiful. The whole hotel has been really well designed and is spotlessly clean and is right in the middle of town so you can walk everywhere. "The Melia is a fine establishment with much to offer its guests. I highly recommend a package with The Level access. The location in Donau City provides a nice reprieve from the business of the inner city. Although there are few points of interest around the hotel, there is easy access to transportation. "
