"My stay at the Diplomat was lovely. It is an elegant hotel in a beautiful, historic building. The charm of the water across the street and being able to easily walk to the tram or subway near was super convenient. My room was well appointed with nice linens and a comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower too! I ate at the downstairs restaurant twice, both times exactly what I needed with good food and attentive service. "I absolutely love Villa Dagmar! I would go as far to say that it is one of my favorite hotels in the world. The staff is so helpful, friendly and patient. Each detail is attended to- the hotel is extremely clean, stylish and comfortable- quiet yet fun when it is supposed to be on weekends. The complimentary breakfast is superb and the spa is delightful. I keep coming back to Stockholm to stay at this lovely establishment/ highly recommend for both singles and families."

"Definitely a sweet well appointed boutique hotel that offered a sumptuous breakfast included and helpful staff. Small room with un inviting chairs, facing the Grand Hotel across the alley and some thumping noise from the bar’s music below made hanging in the room or getting early sleep more of a challenge. I would stay there again but search out better room (not sure if this was an Expedia limitation). FYI Gym was next door at the Grand Hotel, not in house but easy access. "
