"The staff was incredible at this property, as were the rooms and the views. The bar on the 38th floor had a great vibe and views as well. My only "complaint" was the design of the rooms in that the lighting wasn't bright enough, and there was no place in the bathrooms to hang hand towels. The design is very modern and chic, but not practical. That being said, I would stay here again. Very comfortable and great staff."

"This was my second time staying at this property. I like its style and comfort and above all I love the location. The complaint I have was that its front desk is only staffed part time. I'm not sure if it's Low season but the hotel was deserted. Other than the Porter there were days I didn't see another soul. I had an issue with the tablet that comes with every room. It helps you control TV, lights, fan, etc. It stopped working and I couldn't get fan to work. But there was no one at front desk...

"Beautiful property. 3 min walking distance from dining options and 7 min walk to shopping center. Very clean, good communication with host. Only issue was the evening doorman he was very rude. Overall, would recommend!"
