The facilities of the hotel are great, everything you would realistically want in a hotel, great rooms and very convenient location, being located in the city centre. "Room was clean tidy and very comfortable. Only problem there was air conditioning unit right outside our window to the right of the room . This was continuously going off and on all night . Kept me awake all night . Disappointed if I’m honest but everything was lovely . "

"Easy to get to off the M5, just keep in the right hand lane to turn right as the sign isnt very big or easy to see at night. If you miss it just drive out the services, back around the roundabout across the motorway and back into the services. Restaurant food was nice, we had the steak. We didnt have breakfast as left at 4am. This is the second time we have stayed. Would stay again as good value."
