"We didn’t have any problems except check in was slow. Bot our driver was called by a security guard. He has been doing his job for over 20 years and come to St Regis on a number of occasions and knows the entry procedure throughly. The security manager did apologise but the guard who said it should have apologised. You staff should learn to respect everyone whether guests or anyone and question accordingly. Don’t just presume. That marred my stay."

"This is a beautiful, historic property, built on the waterfront of Mumbai. The heritage tour is a must-do, to hear about the history of the building. The rooms in the older, palace wing are spacious and tastefully done. The service, like the property, is impeccable. "

"Beautiful and clean. Great breakfast. But svs is very slow how to call 3/4 times for just pillows. Waited about 30min for coffee packets. Asked for laundry. Said it would take 8 hours!"

"The service at Oberoi is warm and attentive. English is well spoken. The hotel public spaces are breathtaking and serene. My room had a beautiful view. At the outside bar, sunsets and cocktails were brilliant. Early in the morning, it was nice to cross the street, Marine Drive, to sit on the seawall and watch the day begin. Many joggers, yoga, strollers. "
