"Overall we enjoyed our second stay here, the all inclusive is really good if you don't mind only a slightly varied menu and the usual drinks. Staff were all polite and helpful, fun too! The spa is nice but the water in the jacuzzi could be warmer. Last year our room was in better condition and seemed cleaner than this year but you do get wear and tear. "It is a quiet place to stay, a little far from the city and also from the train station you have to walk 30 minutes to use the train service, I had to use Uber to arrive at from the train station to the hotel"

"Great arrival with friendly and helpful reception staff. Sea view room with balcony exceeded expectations, the gentle sound of the waves crashing in the beach was heavenly. Amazing shower, like a vertical jacuzzi so powerful with multiple jets. "The door closing is noisy and might be added for soft closing. Also, the shower curtains are too close to the body to have a nice shower. I would highly recommend changing the shower curtain rack to c-chape to have a comfortable shower. "

"Overall it was good, but didn't feel like 5-stars. Acoustic is bad ( heard high hills noises from the corridor and the upper floor, cleaning team starting moving furniture early in the morning). No beverages at dinner ( even water), spa was overpriced for what you get, no netflix etc. Adding these little extra features will help feeling more welcome. We felt rushed by the staff during the meals and the cleaning team entered our room before 10 am while we were there."
