Some people stayed and relaxed in the hotel pools, spa and soaked up the Puglia sun in late October. Hotel was completely booked and we expected a mad house of activity. Rooms are spaciously set apart and enjoyed a quiet environment. "

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and the daily breakfast was rich with both international hot options and local classics-served in a beautiful dining room leading out to the gardens-by a friendly and efficient staff member. We didn’t get her name unfortunately....
