For our anniversary, the hotel prepared one cute heart shape cake to welcome us and celebrate anniversary. It was very warm and kind welcome. On our last day, we had relaxed morning in the pool. The view from the pool was amazing and the pool was clean and nice. The staff was very kind and foods and snacks were very delicious. The staff at the entrance were very helpful when you need a uber ride as it is not easy for foreigner to identify the car with plate written in Arabic only. Very kind and professional. Thanks to the hotel and staff, we had wonderful three days! I strongly recommend this hotel. "

The only point for the ladies is that I do not recommend the beauty salon in Beyman (attached to the hotel). The manicurist was rude, their nail polish collection does not seem to be of good quality and the hygiene was poor. "

"This is luxury defined. The room was well decorated, stocked with amenities, and clean. The many many staff are courteous, eager to help, and willing to try to solve any problem you present. The food is five star and the Lebanese cuisine at Aura is the best I’ve ever had. For a Westerner, the prices are somewhat low for restaurants and even a bit lower than average for a night in a comparable hotel. A dollar goes a long way here."
