"Perfect spot to come back to after a day in downtown Cairo. Concierge was great at getting us a guide to the pyramids and Sphinx. We learned a lot and had a wonderful day. We walked all over the island and had a lovely dinner. Dinners and desserts on site were delicious. The ample breakfast buffet was more than we could possibly enjoy in one sitting so we were pleased to have three mornings to try everything. "

"We enjoyed two nights at the Sonesta Hotel. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The hotel is in a good location to get to and from the airport. We had one meal at La Gondola restaurant inside the hotel. It was good and the prices were fair. We also ordered room service for breakfast once and for dinner once.
