"Good food friendly and helpful staff. The patio was terrible need fixing and patio lounge chairs has no cushions. Carpet in room is filthy and needs changing. A bit of painting is necessary inside the room. "

"Friendly staff in all areas of the hotel we visited, spa, front desk, restaurant, bellmen, etc! Our Spanish isn’t the best but almost everyone spoke English so we were able to communicate without feeling judged. The room itself was a little dated: view was of a parking lot ( to be expected I guess with so many other tall buildings around), shower door didn’t close all the way but we were able to overlook them because we only had an overnight stay.oh and the bed was comfortable!"
