They are kid-friendly and have the room prepared for our daughter. She felt like the hotel was all about her with cookies, chocolate milk, a cute owl stuffy and her own bath accessories. Room service was also excellent. This is one of, if not the nicest, hotels we have experienced in all of our travels. "

"Fantastic position next to trams and loads of fab restaurants. Drinks on level 6 of dept store next door were a highlight. Breakfast very lush and amazing - definitely add it to your booking. Having the best washer/dryer in the room was brilliant after weeks of travelling. Comfy bed and lovely amenities. Will be back!!! "
