"Great location, great friendly staff, convenient route to parking garage (once we figured out which elevator to use after being jet lagged). Room was very clean, had a great view of Calton Hill, wish it was warmer to sit out in the garden (not so much in January) but overall very pleased with hotel. One minor issue with the towel heater not working. "

"Interior design of the hotel is superb - clearly a lot of thought (and money) invested in the revamp. The only let down was the shambolic bar service -35 minutes waiting for a drink order to appear. The spa is amazing (although the staff on the desk could smile a bit more). The outdoor/indoor thermal pool is sensational"

"This is my second stay at the Roseate and it was as lovely as the first. The rooms are very cozy and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The biggest bonus is having such a wonderful restaurant right downstairs. It makes the Roseate the perfect staycation, all your needs in one place! Can’t wait to return!"

"Great location, easy to get there from the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and close to all the tourist stuff. Great apartment, really well equipped and nicely presented. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. Also in the small dressing room there’s a full length mirror & storage but no place to plug anything in. Other than that a really good and easy would have happily stayed longer."

"This apartment was beautiful, location superb. The decoration of a very high standard like a luxury hotel. The 2 bedrooms and bathrooms absolutely stunning! We loved this beautiful apartment and wished it had not been a flying visit! The cleanliness is immaculate and the overall feel is very warm and inviting! We will return one day’ if you want a location with views and just off the Royal Mile this is wonderfully place! Beautiful, highly recommended "
