"Had an overnight stay in melissa's property and loved it. Exactly what was needed to recharge the batteries of a very busy summer holiday period. Everything from booking the day before, to checking in and for payment was done smoothly and efficiently. "This property was adequate for our needs but nothing over the top. We had 5 in our group and that was too many for the space of this rental. We made do but I would not recommend utilizing the 5th person. Sharing a bathroom was tricky. Overall, the apt was clean but there was mold behind the kitchen sink. "We’d never visited North Berwick before, but were blown away by the beautiful landscape. The beaches are great, sea is clean and the town is bright and has all you could want. The apartment has everything you could need. It’s spacious, has beautiful decor and has everything you need to feel like you’re at home. Communication with the property management was excellent, particularly the instant response we got the day my wife locked us out. A brilliant find, certainly recommend 😀"

"The photos on the ad looked nice and the amenities sounded good but we were disappointed to find green mold in the coffee maker and black slime in the washing machine; an intermittently functional microwave and an ineffective clothes dryer with a door that popped open when we tried to use it and a panel in the bottom that wouldn't stay on. "Had a friend's reunion up here and the location and house are perfect for large groups. Lovely house to relax in and only a short train ride away from central Edinburgh as well. Communications with Ferhan were seamless as were the check in and check out process with him in person. If staying up near Edinburgh would stay again! "
