"Excellent location, but very basic room for the price"

"We booked 3 nights in Prague. The hotel is very well positioned in the Old Town. From there we explored all the central Prague areas (Old Town, New Town, Lesser Town) on foot, not needing to use public transport. The room was comfortable and clean. It had a decent sized bathroom, safe, and minibar and plenty of storage. The decor was wonderful and although we didn't use the ballroom, it needs to be seen and admired. "The hotel and Expedia disagreed on whether breakfast waa included; Expedia says it was and the hotel says it wasn't, I didn't fight it. But verify before you expect."

"My stay at the property was wonderful during my time. But the process of the check in for a highly priced hotel is unacceptable as a wait for it should not be needed as staff should be professional. I was greeted rudely due to it as their was no signs and no instructions on available staff member handling it and it is such a shame for such a highly priced place"
