Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all. "We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. The room had everything we needed bar 1 thing, an English speaking TV channel. The staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was the best we've had for a long time. Lots of choice! Excellent hot and cold drinks. We were particularly impressed with the Nespresso machine in the room and also in the breakfast buffet. Hotel was in a good location and everything was in walking distance."

Hotel breakfast was plentiful and varied Servicing the rooms was a bit spasmodic. Never sure what would be left. Amenities in the room were a bit sparse for a hotel of its class. Reception and concierge information was quite varied. Sometimes accurate, sometimes not "
