"The hotel is conveniently located and has a really nice shopping center plus restaurant area on the ground floor. The reception staff were really well trained and great customer service. However the room was not spectacular and the housekeeping were casual, sometimes seated on the floor in the hallways, and often left vacuums and other cleaning equipment just laying on the floor for extended periods. "

"The Michelangelo Towers is a stunning and immaculate hotel that I truly appreciated, especially its proximity to the Sandton City Mall. The staff were welcoming, and the convenient parking added to the experience. I also loved the spacious rooms, which included two bathrooms. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to any traveler, and I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"I liked the friendly and helpful staff, nice furnishings in the apartments and adequately stocked with all the necessities for such accommodation! The bed was comfortable with very nice bed linen! Like the proximity to Sandton City and Mandela Sq! All in all I thought the Raphael was very good value for money! I did not like the view from my room.. faced the wall (but at least it wasn’t concrete and plain, but would have preferred a city view! "

"He deserves five star review except the air-conditioning unit in room six where we stayed was malfunctioning and very noisy interfering with our sleep. Other than this it was a terrific experience all around the Chef was excellent, and the staff really was very pleasant and helpful"
