"I've stayed at quite a few guest houses country wide. This was one of my least favorite experiences. Battled to get into enclosed estate. Eventually had to phone guest house to find out how to get there as it is in an enclosed area. Manager /Reception new employee. Dressed very sloppy. Outside garden beautiful but unkept. "Friendly hostess, staff & resident dogs. Room is very comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and all little touches like a water bottle at night are much appreciated. Breakfast is extensive ito menu & delicious ito preparation and eating! A very special B&B. Highly recommended "

"A little underwhelming, it's a nice enough hotel, but it's a little dated, the bed was very squeaky and not very large and we weren't impressed with the way we were greeted. First time travelling with our 4 month old so I forgot to put them on the reservation (that's on me for sure) but rather than an understanding, accommodating welcome, we were greeted with an dismissive, accusatory tone that I would not expect from a 5 star establishment that cost over R2000/night.
