"Beautiful hotel with a lot of space and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel is very charming and it is great for children. The shuttle to Hue helps but it was difficult to get a Grab and there are only 2 decent dining options outside the hotel, with 1 only open for dinner. The hotel is great but it is remote and there is nothing nearby, so either book this hotel to spend a lot of time there or plan ahead with their shuttle."

"The property is beautiful, the staff welcoming, professional and attentive! The spa and sauna area is relaxing. The only thing I would add is a bench for sitting among the beautiful plants and bonsais in the garden area. All 3 gazebos don't have a seating area. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay! "We're glad to just stayed for one night to this hotel (originally planning to stay for two nights but they don't have extra room the next day). Start with the check in staff cant find our reservation so we have to wait until ok. They want us to pay $5 extra to check in early as we arrived 1:15 pm. We wait for 2 pm. Room very spacious, one light on the wall so kinda dark. Table lamp is not working, over all the room is old. Bathroom ok. The big disappointment!!! is the Wi-Fi, works for few...
