"The service and overall vibe are fantastic—it's an experience everyone should have. If you’re vegan, we highly recommend it; their vegan options are unparalleled. The plant-based cheese focaccia was a standout dish. The staff's attentiveness and helpfulness are unmatched; they provide a five-star experience. The rooms are great, with excellent quality. However, the general cleanliness of the pools could be improved, and some of the furniture in public areas, such as the daybeds around the pool, needs to be replaced. They look a little tired now. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and we can't wait to visit again."

"Loved our stay at W. Great location on the beach. Friendly professional staff. Rooms well appointed, clean, comfortable beds but bathroom lacked some privacy. Used the gym daily and the plunge pool. Would return. 5-star service!"
