In the heart of busy Seminyak. A little piece of zen heaven surrounded by lush vegetation. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Nothing was too much for them. The apartments are luxury suites and every attention to cultural detail is made. The individual plunge pools and the main swimming pool were wonderful. The place is even better than the hotel pictures give it credit for. Strongly recommended

An excellent choice for a stay in Seminyak. Location is in a quiet street just a few minutes walk to the beach and 10mins walk to the busy seminyak square area. Townhouses are very spacious and tastefully furnished and the breakfast served in your room is very good with a decent range of choices. The main pool is a good size and is a nice place to relax. Above all the staff are excellent, super friendly and accommodating.

My parents and I had a wonderful experience during our stay at this lovely townhouse. - The location was ideal, being in close proximity to the beach, temple, shopping center, and beach clubs. - The room was spacious and comfortable. - The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly, demonstrating great accommodation and communication skills. - The breakfast was delicious and generous in quantity. - The complimentary shuttle service to nearby locations was a convenient amenity. Cicada was a great location for us in Seminyak. It was tucked away on a side street so it was quite, but still a close 10-15 minute walk to local shops and cafes. The staff and service was amazing, we highly recommend staying here!

We loved everythingggggggggggg about our townhouse and the staff. I celebrated my birthday with them and they catered to me hand and foot LITERALLY. From the in house full body massage and flower bath to the exceptional job the staff did on my flower pool, not to mention they morning of my bday they gathered all the staff and showed up to my door with a cake singing happy birthday I thought that was the coolest. Overall 10/10

Great room with very comfy bed. Staff very attentive and daily servicing of our room was excellent. Breakfast is included and is brought to the room … you’ll need to order daily from reception … it was not offered. Overall we loved our stay would definitely consider staying again.

Very pleasant and recommended gem in Seminyak
The staff are super nice and attentive. Foods are great and the pool is a nice addition. The room itself is very unique and tantalizing, I can definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Seminyak since it is close to many places, we mostly walked around all day.

We couldn't recommend here enough - location wise, we were very close to town center and the beach with lots of bars and restaurants close by. The rooms were very spacious, clean and modern. Also had a lovely jacuzzi in the bathroom. The pool was basically empty and a great length to swim in. Staff were really friendly and helpful and a good mix of European and traditional food for breakfast. The hotel had a large water dispenser which was a great idea to refill our bottles and also had a fridge and freezer which was handy. Really quiet hotel - couldn't recommend here strongly enough.
