"This is a gorgeous hotel with incredible views and wonderfully comfortable rooms and sun loungers. However, service is difficult to find- nobody comes to the loungers or to the table at dinner to ask for drinks- and the buffet food was repetitive and had a poor selection. That said, the paid-for food offered at the pool was excellent quality, especially the pizza and gyros. The handle when walking of to the slides was broken and someone could easily die if they truly held on to it. The pool area in general needs some refurbishment. "
