"Wanted a hotel with access to both the Old City and the Jewish Quarter; This hotel worked out very well though a short walk is needed to both areas. Overall the hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. And the staff very kind and pleasant. We particularly enjoyed the small “secret” lounge downstairs and the pool area as well. I would be happy to stay here again and hope someday to make that wish a reality!!"

"The personal behavior is really good and the property is very clean. It has washing machines and iron in floor 5 the other thing all stored in the apartment. Every day cleaning free of charge is available upon your request. It has a spa but since we didn’t use I can’t have any review about it. The bath tubs in pictures are only for penthouses. "

"Over 30 years in 15 countries, I have never stayed at a luxury hotel for the same price as a tiny room anywhere. The 700- yr. old building is directly on Cloth Hall Square. The room had a king-size bed, 2 nightstands, 2 wing chairs, dresser with 6 drawers and mini fridge, chifforobe, full length mirror, desk, chair and many outlets. The bathroom had a large shower with great water pressure and hot water. Extra-large towels, terry robes and slippers. The room was decorated with elegant...

"Extremely nice property if you like cleanliness and luxury in a very quiet setting. Good food, great wine, great service. Only drawback it is not in the center but not a problem once you figure out the outstanding Krakow public transport. It will cost you 4 zlotys to get to the center in 10 minutes. "
