Room more than adequate but needed a little "TLC" - paintwork chipped in places, couple of cobwebs (soon removed), lighting very poor but possibly because of low-wattage light bulbs. Beds extremely comfortable, lovely bed-linen. Unfortunately, due to a sudden (very) cold snap in the weather, the room was quite cold and the radiator insufficient to warm the large room and sitting area.
