Quality of service in the restaurant was very inconsistent, enthusiasm of the friendly staff could not compensate for lack of training and poor service management. "Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."

"We loved this property! The food was excellent! The complementary afternoon tea with magnificent desserts was phenomenal! The rooms were beautifully decorated. The restaurant staff was exceptionally attentive and polite. The front desk was extremely helpful in providing cars, tuk tuks and any other forms of transportation you needed. "It’s a spectacularly beautiful compound with amazing art and architecture. The pool is lovely and quiet. Breakfast, which was included, was excellent. They also allowed us to check out at 1 so we didn’t have to leave early for the airport. I highly recommend and we will be back! "
