Find 5 Star Hotels in Nilufer Organized Industrial Zone from SAR 287

"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "We reserved 5 star Kervansaray otel in Bursa. when we arrived there, we got suprised beacuse hotel has been closed for more than 6 months. I Tried to call your call center but the computer said to me that we could not speak to the call center until Monday. Than we chatted someone from your website than they called us . but if we don t speak English we could not communicate with someone. "Karinna offers what ever is needed in skiing facilities a nd accompanying amenities. Staff is very attentive in many locations, namely ski rental equipment, restaurants but reception lacks the attention and persnal service to elevate the stay to higher standards. No special benefits were given to us that were ;promised on booking"
