The view from the pool was amazing and the pool was clean and nice. The staff was very kind and foods and snacks were very delicious. The staff at the entrance were very helpful when you need a uber ride as it is not easy for foreigner to identify the car with plate written in Arabic only. Very kind and professional. "Hotel is beautiful and staff are helpful very secure but surrounding neighborhood is rough. If you only stay in the hotel and take Ubers you will be fine. I would not recommend walking in this area. Restaurant for breakfast in lobby area and rooftop are excellent with good food and great service. Great views of the Nile. "

The only point for the ladies is that I do not recommend the beauty salon in Beyman (attached to the hotel). The manicurist was rude, their nail polish collection does not seem to be of good quality and the hygiene was poor. "
