"I loved my stay at the Mondrian! I was amazed at how clean they kept our room during the whole stay. The concierge desk was super helpful, recommending a taco place our first night and explaining one of the earthquake alarms that went off. Ubers had an easy time pulling up to pick us up. "This was my second time staying at this property. I like its style and comfort and above all I love the location. The complaint I have was that its front desk is only staffed part time. I'm not sure if it's Low season but the hotel was deserted. Other than the Porter there were days I didn't see another soul. I had an issue with the tablet that comes with every room. It helps you control TV, lights, fan, etc. It stopped working and I couldn't get fan to work. But there was no one at front desk...

"I had to change my trip duration, from 3 to 2 days, I had have already booked. The policy says you need to notify 48 hours about your check out late, I was not even there by that time. I called Expedia and the hotel manager refused to refund, I talked to the manager and accepted to refund so I left the hotel, and one week later he just changed his mind!!!!"
