"It's a very nice property and welcoming staff. The excursions to the Blue Lagoon cave and nearby snorkeling spots are fantastic. The only drawbacks are the property itself is on a beach with a rather murky reef with low visibility and the lighting inside the villas is poor. If you open the shades it gets too hot in the room and the electric lights in the room aren't strong enough. A skylight in each villa would make a big difference."

"We loved absolutely everything about Oarsman's Bay Lodge-the beach, accommodation, surroundings, activities, food and especially the staff. We knew what to expect from a homestay but we found that there was nothing to do except snorkle without paying for activity fees. So bring lots of cash!
