"The Cornaro Hotel was simply wonderful! The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive - meats, cheeses, fruit, pastries Or they would prepare a omelette to your liking! The hotel also had a wellness spa where I indulged in a wonderful facial. There is also a gym. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the "Old Split" where there are ancient buildings, shops, a promenade and remnants of Diocletian"s palace. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

"Overall the hotel was good, although personally I would not stay here again. My personal points. Pros 1) staff very friendly and helpful. 2) maids were excellent, room was also spotless. 3) general hotel was clean and well presented. 4) close to a small beach, although the beach was often crowded and the sea was quite shallow, if you like swimming it was possible to wade out 150m to the deaper water. 5) walkable distance to the old town, approx 15-20 min walk depending on your pace. 6) shops...

"An excellent hotel on the outskirts of Split. The Amphora’s Garden is an annex to the main Amphora Hotel, but with its own stunning rooftop infinity pool which at times felt exclusive. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, with very friendly staff, and excellent amenities in the main Amphora hotel, including a rooftop bar. "This hotel is awesome! The beds are huge. The rooms are large and classy. The staircase is beautiful. The breakfast is super,too. (If you ask they will make dippy eggs for you. Quality and clean breakfast area. A lot to choose from. The heated pool could be a little warmer. The sauna absolutely needs to be hotter. The indoor and outdoor pools are very nice! The staff are excellent. I highly recommend this hotel! Truly, a nice place. "

"We had a great stay at the hotel! The staff were great and the pool, garden, spa and restaurant are really nice. Our room was great too! The only thing that we didn’t like is that the hotel is right next to the church and the bells ring very loudly (sometimes at 4am and 6am) and so we were woken by this on the Sunday and the Tuesday. "

"We, 3 people, stayed 4 nights in the Panoramic-balcony-ocean view Apartment. The view from the balcony was stunning, the apartment was very comfortable with nice interior, the WiFi and the AC worked great. The whole complex was kept spotless by 2 friendly, service minded hostesses, Iva and Anamarija. The pool was supernice and the whole place was peaceful and quiet. It’s 5-10 minutes to the beaches and restaurants. This place is highly recommended by us and we would love to come back!"
