"I can't wait to return to this truly great hotel. After seeing the high points of Italy with friends for two weeks, this was a wonderful way to decompress in a quiet Alpine setting. The staff was amazing. Wish I had booked there for a couple of days instead of pushing on to Munich. "

"The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
