"Love 21C Hotels, but the maintenance of this one needs attention. Room was not as clean as it should be. Traces of previous guests were quite apparent. Black bathroom tiles have been worn down to show white marks in many places. This was our second visit in a year, and carpet at from entrance and steps needed vacuuming, just as it had before, which we had pointed out at our first visit. "
