"A wonderful hotel! We spent up for an ocean view room to celebrate my husbands retirement. It was well worth it! The staff were amazing from check in on. A bottle of champagne was chilled and waiting and the morning staff and food choices were incredible in the Sea Gril. Of course champagne was on offer as was an assortment of plant based options along with fresh gluten free breads, cakes and cookies. The view on the deck is pure magic!"

"The hotel is well located. 20 min walking distance to old town. 10 min to various restaurants at the beach. A Michelin recommended good restaurant on site. The staff is friendly, especially Enrique at the front desk. The hotel room is clean but the bathroom is small, furniture and decor could be upgraded or renewed. "

We did not realise, however, the hotel was closing on the Sunday & although we can appreciate staff looking forward to their holidays, service was quite lax (not unpleasant, just staff were mainly absent, something unexpected from a 5 Star hotel, where in every other area, they excelled) - this was both in the bar, in the restaurant; breakfast service, however, was excellent I do believe if we had known the hotel was closing, we would have changed...

"From the moment I arrived, I knew I had chosen someplace special to stay. The appearance of the property was stunning: an old castle on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean. The staff were amazing and joyfully made themselves at my disposal. Returning to the room at night, my bed was turned down with a chocolate in the pillow and a bottle of water and glass on my nightstand.
