"Great stay. Interesting arrival as you need to pull in behind the hotel in an alley to unload and check in. They have a porter for your luggage and very nice staff. Breakfast was more than ample. Staff was amazing and location cannot be beat. Parking is easy, just across the river in the Therm parking under the street. Room was more than average size and clean"

"The room was great! Floors were heated, large bathroom and bedroom. Amazing views out the windows! The facility has two restaurants that are great, the spa is amazing! They give you robes and everyone in the hotel stays in them most of the day. The underground to the theme pools is awesome! This was an amazing place to stay! Right in the middle of old town and Christmas markets!"

"Great stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Beautiful, walkable area. I would stay again! Only downside is Parking is slightly inconvenient as its not on the property but about 1-2 blocks away. If its busy its tricky to park for check in. "

"Just confirming the first impression: it is not the check in time, it is not that I was expecting a 5 stars service, as the owner keep saying, I was expect some courtesy. The hotel is nice and clean, the owner is just rude, it assault you verbally (first things to discuss my negative first impression was to wait for me on Sunday morning before breakfast and stop me to “discuss”) and I am taking comfort from the fact that I am not the only one but she has lots of negative reviews. No hard feeling...
