"Bâtisse ancestrale magnifique mais malheureusement les prestations et le service manquent de perfection pour un 5 étoiles et le prix demandé : attente au bar de 45 mn sans être servies, salle de bain très sommaire, madeleines signature en vente à 12 euros plutôt qu’être données, pas de voiturier, de as d’aide pour les valises, pas d’accompagnement à la chambre. "

The staff on all level is awesome, super friendly and available for you, the rooms are big and have all the amenities you expect from those kind of hotels, easy parking, easy transportation to the center of Deauville and back to the hotel thanks to their shuttle that runs for a large part of the day and night, if you like golf there is a whole green as part of the hotel. "Good hotel with friendly staff. 15 mins walk from harbour and lots of parking. It would have been good to have coffee making facilities in room but otherwise a great stay."
