"I was really looking forward to my stay at the Stella Hotel in Goraya .The hotel needs to invest in staff training - Clearly not there . Some Examples , At Breakfast there was hardly more than 6 guests at anyone time - but the whole breakfast function is so dis-organised . There are 3 flasks . "The room allotted to us initially had bugs in it. 2nd room that was allotted was relatively ok but the washroom was especially poorly kept. The 1 star is only for the front desk staff. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. When asked for it, they said they don’t provide it and if we want to get anything ironed we have to give it to them which is will take at least 30 mins."
