The spa was disappointing with the Thalasso journey given a quick overview and then left on our own. One of the treatments taken was not really as described. Food at the buffet was fine at breakfast time, but in the evening was a bit of a scrum with food often lukewarm and reheated after pre-cooking. Check-in was quick and simple but basic, with no welcome after a long journey."

"This is quite an amazing hotel with regards to facilities, choice of food and drink, comfort and general ambience. However there were a few things which made me question the professionalism. Firstly 2 days before my arrival i reciver an email saying that despite me booking my holiday over 6.months ago, that there was no room for me and i would be allocated a room at another hotel 7km away. I rang Cyprus to question this (from the UK) and was told reservations go home at 4pm and there was no duty...
