"The hotel is certainly a jewel in the town. Luxury and comfort interiors. Very clean. The breakfast was amazing. Love the rooftop sky bar. Staffs were well trained, helpful, friendly and nice. Hotel is close walking distance to night markets and short grab ride to old town. Certainly, I will go back again."

"Beautiful room. Welcome basket had enough food for a week!! Very quiet. Only complaint is that the bed was hard/firm. Seemed like the mattress was intended to be used with a box spring, but the frame was just a platform."

"The spa services at this hotel were exceptional and extremely reasonably priced. My 2 1/2 hour treatment was the best service I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. The hospitality of everyone on the property was exceptional. The WiFi was a bit spotty yet who cares when you’re enjoying the beautiful setting. "Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. "It’s a spectacularly beautiful compound with amazing art and architecture. The pool is lovely and quiet. Breakfast, which was included, was excellent. They also allowed us to check out at 1 so we didn’t have to leave early for the airport. I highly recommend and we will be back! "

"The property was in a good location. Walkable to the main streets and but away from the noisey areas. Overall the property was well maintained and staff was friendly, however the only flaw was the the property condition was a little rundown. There was some stains on furniture and crack near the bathroom sink."

"As a solo traveler, I felt very safe at this hotel. The hotel staff were very polite and took great care of me as a guest. The food and the views were immaculate. Additionally, the complimentary activities and the free shuttle to the night bazaar was fantastic. My charger randomly broke in the middle of the night and the hotel staff charged my phone then walked with me to a local store to purchase a new one. I loved my stay."
