"First Review, Wow this hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff was the most amazing part! Very professional and incredibly attentive to the smallest detail. They recognized it was my birthday upon checking in and later sent chocolates strawberries and champagne to our room. Top breakfast too with every part of the breakfast high quality and super delicious. Best Hotel we've stayed in. Thank You Hotel Avenida Palace for the great stay!"

"Great overall experience. The staff was attentive. Depending on what you are used to, the bathrooms are a bit tight but it’s not surprising for old European buildings. Fantastic location with lots of shops and restaurants around. We would stay there again but if you expect a 5-star hotel the quality of Ritz or Four Seasons, this is not it. It was a solid 4-star experience though. "

"the rooftop pool was gorgeous and the rooms spared no detail—slippers & chocolates every night, plenty of water & glasses, a cool mirror tv, automatic blinds, and a huge soaking tub. we were a family of 3 & we had lots of room with a cot & king bed. the lobby was modern, airy & beautiful. the spa was picture perfect. highly recommend! short uber rides to anywhere in Lisbon. "
