"Restaurant staff are poor for a five star property. No greeting upon arrival. Don’t show where one can sit. Acute shortage of waiters…. I had to inform staff that certain items ran out. Overall service was very poor 5/10. Great improvements needed. Didn’t see any restaurant manager or supervisor "

"The Serena Hotel Dar es Salaam is a great facility with very friendly and hospitable staff. The only recommendation I would offer is that they consider updating their mattresses. Mine was clearly tired. But so was I, so I was able to sleep nonetheless. "

"We are repeat customers and we’ve always had a great experience here! Excellent customer service, beautiful facilities, and great food on-site with incredible scenery. Watching the sunrise through a sea view window is worth a visit by itself! The only critique I’d have is that the hot water doesn’t get very hot in the shower/bath, but you do have a kettle available if need be. Besides that, this is a hotel I’d recommend for a true luxury experience!"

"I forgot to add a review in march when i stayed at sea breeze jangwani. Staff are amzing my wife loves the area 3,000 shilings to kfc & pizza hut. Its just like home for me and my wife, we never want to leave 😆 "
