"Une chambre pour 3 personnes , on m’a fait payé 40 e par nuit pour un lit en plus! La honte pour eux. Service minimum, pas de fournitures dans la chambre, pas de cafetière, pour un hyatt c’est grave. Transats tout sale à la piscine. Quelques Serviettes avec des taches jaunes. Oreillers inconfortable. Trop mous. Odeur d’humidité permanente dans la chambre, je me suis plaint, on est venu me mettre du désodorisant. Piscine qui ferme à 19h alors que c’est le moment le plus agréable pour se...

"This is a high end hotel. Good size room with all you need. All staff were extremely polite, to a degree when it became almost annoying: "Good morning, how are you, is there anything I can do for you?". Unclear when the currency exchange office was open. Rich breakfast with lots of choices, including hot courses."

"I booked ocean view suite but got city view so was a bit disappointed. And i was there while they hosted a number of VIPs so there was a lot of police, military and so on. And guests were being cautioned on not wearing very revealing clothes. I guess it wasnt the establishment's choice but yeah it was quite frustrating. The staff were amazing. Food, not so much"

"The owners and employess work really hard to ensure you have a pleasant and enJOYable stay. You can have dinner at the hotel or directly across the street at their restaurant. I appreciated that they don't play loud music late into the night. The breakfast was really good: there's juice, hot food, cereals and baked goods. Dinner is a bit expensive, but that is to be expected at a hotel along the coast. BW does a decent job of keeping their area of the beach clean--folks have to do a better job...
