"We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff on Reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The twin beds were comfy and the room well supplied with toiletries. Its so nice to be in a hotel where we can adjust the heating too. The room was at the back and nice and quiet and only a short walk into the centre of Oban.The only criticism I had was the shower which was just about warm, despite running the water for 5 minutes."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. It's right in the middle of the main shopping and dining area, and was the perfect location for us. The rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff is very helpful. They don't do breakfast, but give each guest a little goodie bag each morning. The pub downstairs is lively and fun, but not too loud."

"The stay from start to finish was faultless. The room was beautifully decorated, with a good choice of hot drinks. The bed was massive and super comfy. It was the staff that really made this stay so good. They were all very friendly and accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. They go out their way to make sure everything just perfect. "The hotel is away from the road in pleasant surrounds. The staff was very welcoming. We had a comfortable spacious room and large bathroom. There is a comfortable sitting room in the hotel though we didn’t use it. The breakfast was satisfactory."

The view is even better than any picture will have you believe. Breathtaking. Loved having a little balcony with comfortable chairs and just enjoying the view and silence. The room was spotless. "On a hill with a great view. Accommodations were excellent. A bit difficult to find for someone not familiar with the area and non-numbered house addresses. Just ask for directions from one of the neighbors you’ll likely find walking their dog and you’ll be fine. "
