"Highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was amazing, comfortable and clean rooms. Beautiful area and close to areas to explore and nice walks. We hope to be back. Lady on reception very helpful too with recommending places to visit and directions with map etc. Really nice touch too the temple spa products in bathroom. The views from our room were incredible. Thank you"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lansdowne house. Dan was very inviting and check in was easy and quick. We stayed at no.6 room which was one the first floor and was the superior room with Mountain View. Room was amazing with 4 poster bed, very clean and spacious (with bath, tv, coffee tea, daily biscuits and bath robes) . WiFi in the room wasn’t the best but it didn’t bother us. Breakfast was amazing , served fresh to order and took no time at all to arrive, selection of yoghurts cereals fresh...

"Lovely friendly welcoming owners and staff. Very happy to oblige to our needs. Lovely old property which although needs attention outside the inside has been kept lovingly in keeping with it's age and tipped with modern features. Breakfast was cooked to perfection which resulted in, and I speak for myself, having the full English breakfast throughout my stay. Comfortable, warm, lovely rooms which are bright and airy. The staff were so friendly and helpful which made our stay all the more...
