"The hotel has a restaurant that promotes shows everyday. It disturbs many rooms next to the restaurant. Many guests complain but management does nothing. Rooms are really small. Very small bathrooms. All in all accommodations are uncomfortable. Difficulty in tempering the water. Ski in and out is at a very difficult to access location. The ski in ski out was just amazing and the ski shop on the property was a highlight! Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to go back to this hotel. Was a true 5 star resort in the alps!"
