"Hotel and service was excellent. Stayed for two nights and had a noisy party in the room in the late evening next to us the first night. When we reported the incident to the hotel, they took care of it and was very apologetic and responsive in following up with us.Overall, a very nice stay"

Our room was impeccable with comfortable beds, heated bathroom floor beautiful balcony with view of Lake Geneva. We did not care for the restaurants, but that was our personal choice. If you want a 5 star hotel - stay here, you will not be disappointed."

We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda.The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques.
